Job summary

Cheer Home Care in La Jolla, San Diego seeks compassionate caregivers to provide non-medical home care for elderly and disabled clients. You’ll offer companionship, personal care, homemaking, and transportation to maintain comfort and independence at home.

Responsibilities include ADLs support, light meal prep, medication reminders, and flexible 4-hour shifts (9:00 AM–1:00 PM) with opportunities for full-time or part-time work, weekly pay, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Non-medical home care for elderly and disabled.
• Reliable transportation and cell phone with internet access may be required.
• Certifications such as CNA, HHA, CPR, First Aid or AED are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and personal care including ADLs.
• Assist with mobility, light housekeeping, and meal preparation.
• Transport clients to appointments as needed.
• Support dementia, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's and hospice care.
