Cheer Home Care is actively hiring caregivers in San Diego County. The position offers an hourly pay rate of $20–$23, with weekend availability and flexible scheduling for full-time or part-time roles.

You will deliver compassionate non-medical care to elderly and disabled clients, focusing on companionship, personal care, homemaking, and safe transportation. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, ADLs, meals, light housekeeping, and transportation to appointments.

Qualifications

• Experience providing non-medical home care to elderly or disabled individuals.
• Open weekend availability required.
• Certifications preferred but not required: CNA, HHA, CPR, First Aid, AED.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate non-medical home care to clients.
• Assist with ADLs, personal care, homemaking, and transportation.
• Provide companionship and social engagement.
• Manage light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Provide transportation to medical appointments as needed.
• Support dementia, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, hospice care as appropriate.
• Offer hourly and 24/7 care as required.
• Ensure reliability and safety in daily activities.
