Interim HealthCare of Sonoma & Marin is hiring compassionate Caregivers and Home Care Aides to provide in-home care across Marin County. You will assist clients with daily living activities, provide companionship, and help with light housekeeping and meals.
The role offers flexible shifts and opportunities for career growth within a supportive team. Competitive pay from $18.21 to $30 per hour based on experience and care level, with training and advancement opportunities.
Formación
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient
- Experienced in caregiving or home care preferred
- Reliable and professional
- Able to provide dependable transportation
- Strong communicators who enjoy helping others
- Passionate about helping seniors and families stay safe at home
Responsabilidades
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Assist with mobility and client safety
- Run errands as needed
- Follow personalized care plans and communicate with the care team
- Provide compassionate, dependable support at home
