Job summary

Interim HealthCare of Sonoma-Marin, CA is hiring compassionate caregivers and HCAs for short shifts (4–8 hours) and weekend coverage to support clients at home. Qualifications

• Compassionate, dependable, and patient individuals.
• Prior caregiving, caregiver, HCA, or home care experience preferred (but not required).
• Ability to work short shifts and/or weekends.
• Reliable transportation and strong communication skills.
• Individuals who are passionate about helping seniors, families, and clients remain safe and comfortable at home.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Support mobility and ensure client safety.
• Run errands as needed.
• Follow personalized care plans and communicate with the care team.
• Provide compassionate, dependable support as a caregiver or HCA.
