Interim HealthCare of Sonoma & Marin in Windsor is seeking Caregivers and HCAs to provide compassionate in-home support to clients in Windsor and surrounding areas. Join a team with flexible shifts, training opportunities, and a pay range of $18.21–$30 per hour based on experience and level of care.

You’ll help with daily activities, companionship, and safety, while contributing to a trusted home-care mission.

Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving or home care preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Ability to drive and provide dependable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Assist with mobility and ensure client safety.
• Run errands as needed.
• Follow individualized care plans and communicate with the care team.
• Provide compassionate, dependable care to keep clients safe at home.
