Job summary

Interim HealthCare of Sonoma-Marin, CA is seeking compassionate, reliable Caregivers and HCAs to provide in-home care in Windsor and the surrounding areas. A variety of shifts, including shorter and weekend options, are available with potential for longer shifts over time.

Qualifications

Compassionate, dependable and patient demeanor.
Reliable and professional conduct while in clients' homes.
Strong communication with clients and care team.
Ability to provide dependable transportation if needed.
Genuine interest in helping seniors remain safe at home.

Responsibilities

Assisting clients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming).
Providing companionship and emotional support.
Light housekeeping and meal preparation.
Mobility assistance and safety promotion.
Running errands as needed.
Following individualized care plans and communicating with the care team.
Deliver compassionate, dependable in-home care.
