Interim HealthCare of Sonoma & Marin is seeking compassionate Caregivers and Home Care Aides (HCAs) to provide in-home care in Windsor and surrounding areas. We offer a variety of shifts and opportunities to increase shift length over time.

Compensation ranges from $18.21 to $30 per hour based on experience and level of care, with sick pay, retirement plan options, and additional voluntary benefits. Join a team that values the important work our caregivers do every day.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, dependable, and patient.
• Experienced in caregiving or home care preferred but not required.
• Reliable and professional.
• Able to provide dependable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assisting clients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Providing companionship and emotional support.
• Helping with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Assisting with mobility and promoting client safety.
• Running errands as needed.
• Following individualized care plans and communicating with the care team.
• Providing compassionate, dependable care that helps clients remain safe and comfortable in their own homes.
