Job summary

MBK Senior Living is hiring a Caregiver to support residents with daily living activities, mobility, and personal care in a respectful, compassionate manner. You’ll work with a team to deliver high-quality service in a supportive environment.

Starting wage is $20.00 per hour DOE, with full-time shifts available on weekends. The role requires a HS diploma, CPR/First Aid, and strong communication skills. MBK offers a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must have current First Aid, CPR, and Medication Management certifications if required by state.
• Food Handler's Card preferred; training provided if needed.
• Nurses Aide certification preferred unless required by state.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including hygiene and meals.
• Provide safe transport and transfers using proper techniques.
• Respond promptly to resident needs while maintaining dignity and privacy.
• Support residents’ social and emotional well-being with compassionate care.
• Follow ISP guidelines and ensure safety and confidentiality at all times.
