Job summary

MBK Senior Living is hiring a Caregiver to provide high-quality, compassionate care to residents. You will assist with ADLs, transport, meals, and wellness activities, while upholding dignity and safety. Responsibilities

• Responds to resident needs promptly while maintaining independence, dignity, safety and privacy.
• Read and validate shift reports and ISP at start of each shift.
• Complete all resident assignments as directed in ISP.
• Assist residents in ADLs including bathing, dressing, hygiene, meals, and wellness activities.
• Perform regular safety checks and report changes in residents' condition.
• Aid at mealtimes and help with serving, delivering, and clearing meals.
• Safely transport residents using proper lifting and transferring techniques.
• Respond to residents' behavioral expressions with compassion and follow policies.
• Lead and participate in resident programs and engagement activities.
• Complete housekeeping and laundry tasks for residents and the community.
