Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to support residents with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and mobility, while maintaining dignity and high-quality service.

Hours are from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM with monthly schedules. The role requires English proficiency, a high school diploma is preferred, and on-the-job training is available. Competitive benefits apply for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Nurses Aid certification preferred.
• Current first aid certification.
• Must be able to read and speak English.
• Background clearances as required by government regulations.
• Age 18 or over.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident needs promptly and kindly while maintaining each resident’s self-respect and dignity.
• Read and follow care plans to ensure proper care is given.
• Assist residents in daily living activities including bathing, dressing, hygiene, meals, and mobility.
• Provide assistance at mealtime with selecting meals, serving, and clearing.
• Transport residents as needed following safety practices and transfer techniques.
• Chart and document appropriate information and report changes to a supervisor.
