Always Best Care Chicagoland is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide non-medical home care in Westchester, IL. You will support seniors with daily activities, mobility, meals, light housekeeping, and transport between appointments, following personalized care plans.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ year in caregiving, a valid driver’s license, and a friendly, reliable, patient demeanor. The role offers full-time or part-time hours and paid training.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of home care experience.
• Outstanding communication, time management and interpersonal skills.
• Driver's license required.

Responsabilités

• Medication reminders.
• Assist with ambulation and mobility.
• Assist with personal care and hygiene.
• Help with physical therapy/exercises.
• Run errands or accompany clients shopping.
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Report incidents to Care Coordinator.
• Act quickly in emergencies.
• Follow the care plan.
