Qualifications

• 1+ year of home care experience
• Must be able to work in the USA
• Good communication and reliability
• Ability to follow care plans and safety guidelines

Responsibilities

• Provide medication reminders and personal care assistance
• Assist with ambulation, mobility, and accompany to appointments
• Assist with activities of daily living and meal preparation
• Support clients with light housekeeping and errands as needed
• Report incidents to Care Coordinator and follow care plans
• Respond promptly in emergencies and maintain safety
