Responsibilities include medication reminders, mobility assistance, personal care, light housekeeping, shopping, and reporting incidents. Full-time or part-time positions in Monee, IL with in-person work.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of home care experience.
• Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards.
• Knowledge of housekeeping and cooking with dietary considerations.
• Be compassionate with a good bedside manner.
• Strong communication, time management and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide medication reminders.
• Assist clients with ambulation and mobility.
• Assist with personal care and hygiene.
• Support physical therapy and exercises.
• Help with shopping and errands as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Report any unusual incidents to the Care Coordinator.
• Act quickly and responsibly in emergencies.
• Follow the Care plan.
