Job summary

Flat Irons Flex Care in Longmont, CO, is seeking a dependable Caregiver to provide personal care and support to multiple clients each day. You will visit up to three clients, deliver high-quality, personalized care, and help with bathing, meals, and daily activities.

The ideal candidate has caregiving experience, strong communication, and a compassionate, patient demeanor. Must have a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, background check, and references.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Previous caregiving experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple client visits per day.
• Strong communication and compassionate demeanor.
• Background check required.
• References from previous caregiving positions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Perform light housekeeping (cleaning, laundry, tidying living spaces)
• Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversation and activities
• Run errands for clients (grocery shopping, prescription pick-up, appointments)
• Transport clients as needed using personal vehicle
• Monitor and report changes in each client's health, mood, or well-being
• Maintain accurate care notes for each client visit
