Job summary

Flat Irons Flex Care in Longmont, Colorado is seeking caring, dependable Caregivers to support clients with flexible full-time or part-time schedules. No prior caregiving experience is required, and we welcome compassionate, reliable individuals who are eager to learn.

You will perform light housekeeping, prepare meals, run errands, provide companionship, assist with personal care, and monitor client well-being, with training provided.

Qualifications

• No prior caregiving experience required
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Punctual and dependable attendance
• Background check required
• Ability to follow individualized client care plans

Responsibilities

• Perform light housekeeping (cleaning, laundry, tidying living spaces)
• Prepare meals for clients
• Run errands for clients (grocery shopping, prescription pick-up, appointments)
• Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversation and activities
• Assist with personal care tasks, including standby assistance for bathing, grooming, and hair care
• Monitor and report any changes in client health, mood, or well-being
