Job summary

Flat Irons Flex Care is seeking compassionate caregivers to support clients in their own homes across Colorado. As a Caregiver you will provide personalized care, companionship, and daily living assistance to improve quality of life.

Responsibilities include helping with daily activities, preparing meals, reminding about medications, and offering social interaction. We value reliability, empathy, and a willingness to grow within the caregiving field.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (if applicable).
• Compassionate, dependable, and empathetic attitude; willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care tailored to each client’s needs.
• Assist with activities of daily living, meals, and mobility.
• Provide medication reminders and assist with med management as directed.
• Offer companionship and social/mental stimulation.
• Report changes to the care coordinator or supervisor.
