Job summary

Flat Irons Flex Care is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home support, companionship, and daily living assistance for clients in Denver. You will tailor care to each person’s needs and help maintain safety and dignity in the home.

We value reliable, empathetic individuals who communicate well and are eager to grow in the caregiving field. Opportunities include part-time and full-time roles with a supportive team and ongoing team communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (if applicable).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and empathetic attitude.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the caregiving field.
• Bilingual candidates encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care tailored to each client’s unique needs and preferences.
• Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
• Prepare meals and snacks as needed.
• Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management as directed.
• Offer companionship, conversation, and activities that encourage social interaction and mental stimulation.
• Perform light housekeeping, errands, and other supportive tasks.
• Report changes or concerns to the care coordinator or supervisor.
