Job summary

Flat Irons Flex Care in Denver is seeking compassionate caregivers to support clients at home with personalized care, companionship, and daily living assistance. You will help with bathing, meals, mobility, and medication reminders in a patient-centered approach.

You will assist with daily activities while maintaining dignity and respect, building trust, and adapting to each client's unique needs. We value empathy, reliability, and open communication with clients and their families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (if applicable).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and empathetic attitude.
• Willingness to learn and grow within caregiving.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care tailored to each client’s unique needs and preferences.
• Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
• Prepare meals and snacks as needed.
• Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management as directed.
• Offer companionship, conversation, and activities that encourage social interaction and mental stimulation.
• Perform light housekeeping, errands, and other supportive tasks.
• Report changes or concerns to the care coordinator or supervisor.
