Job summary

Flat Irons Flex Care in Fort Collins, CO seeks compassionate caregivers to provide in-home care, companionship, and daily living support. You will assist with bathing, mobility, meals, medication reminders, and light housekeeping while prioritizing client comfort and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (if applicable).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to learn and grow within the caregiving field.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care tailored to each client’s needs and preferences.
• Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
• Prepare meals and snacks as needed.
• Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management as directed.
• Offer companionship, conversation, and activities that encourage social interaction and mental stimulation.
• Perform light housekeeping, errands, and other supportive tasks.
• Report changes or concerns to the care coordinator or supervisor.
