Right At Home Indianapolis West is hiring CNAs, HHAs, and Personal Care Assistants to provide compassionate in-home care to seniors and adults with disabilities in Indianapolis and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must lift/move 50 lbs without assistance.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance.
• Pass a background check.
• CNA license, Home Health Aide, Personal Care Aide certification preferred may be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist with transferring/moving client between locations in the home.
• Perform housekeeping: vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping, laundry, dishes, bed linens, bathroom cleaning.
• Prepare meals and snacks per instructions.
• Accompany client on errands or medical appointments.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, shaving.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Assist with prescribed range of motion exercises.
• Dementia care and companionship activities (reading, music, puzzles).
