Job summary

Right at Home Indiannapolis West seeks compassionate Home Health Aides (HHA) and Personal Care Assistants (PCA) to provide in-home care for seniors and adults with disabilities. You will assist with daily living activities, meal prep, light housekeeping, and mobility support under a nurse’s plan of care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months experience as HHA/PCA in health care.
• State-approved Nurse Aide or HHA course completed.
• Current CPR certificate recommended.
• English proficiency required (read, write, speak).
• Valid driver’s license with insured vehicle for work.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, toileting).
• Provide meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Support mobility and safety with devices (walker, cane, wheelchair).
• Take vital signs and report changes to nurse.
• Follow care plans and document care delivered.
• Provide compassionate, respectful assistance to clients and families.
