Right at Home Indianapolis West is seeking Caregivers, CNAs and HHAs to support seniors and adults with disabilities at home. You will provide compassionate in-home care, promoting independence and safety in daily activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to lift/move 50 lbs.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Background check required.
• CNA license, Home Health Aide or PCA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with transferring/moving the client within the home.
• Perform housekeeping tasks (vacuum, dust, mop, dishes, laundry, bathrooms).
• Prepare meals and snacks per instructions.
• Accompany client to errands or medical appointments.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Assist with prescribed range of motion exercises.
• Dementia care support.
• Engage client with companionship activities (reading, music, puzzles).
