Job summary

Right at Home Indianapolis West is seeking compassionate Caregivers, CNAs, and HHAs to provide high-quality in-home care for seniors and vulnerable adults in their own homes. This part-time role offers meaningful daily support and the chance to join a dedicated team.

You will assist with daily living activities, meal prep, light housekeeping, transportation, and companionship, with paid training, flexible scheduling, and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Hold a high school diploma or GED.
• Able to lift/move 50 lbs without assistance.
• Valid driver's license and current automobile insurance.
• Pass a background check.
• Have a CNA license, Home Health Aide, or Personal Care Aide certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist with transferring/moving client within the home.
• Perform housekeeping such as vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning.
• Prepare meals and snacks for the client.
• Accompany client to errands or medical appointments.
• Provide personal care such as bathing, dressing, shaving.
• Assist with medication reminders and prescribed exercises.
• Provide companionship activities such as reading, music, and puzzles.
