Job summary

MBK Senior Living in Arizona is seeking an Assistant Caregiver to support residents with daily activities and provide compassionate, quality care under supervision.

This entry-level role offers on-the-job training toward caregiver certification and a clear path for growth within a hospitality-driven team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old (cannot obtain Caregiver certification until 18).
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current Food Handler’s Card, Adult CPR and Basic First Aid Training.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Ability to write routine reports and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily work assignments as given by the Med Tech or DHS.
• Help residents with showers, dressing and other ADLs.
• Perform light housekeeping for residents.
• Interact with residents during downtime, activities or visits.
• Report issues to DHS and maintain safety.
• Present a professional appearance and cooperate with staff.
