Job summary

MBK Senior Living seeks a Caregiver to support residents with daily living activities, mobility, and wellbeing in a warm, hospitality-driven environment. You will work within the community to provide compassionate care and uphold safety and dignity for residents.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, coordinating with care teams, and contributing to a positive atmosphere. Relevant certifications and prior caregiving experience are preferred; opportunities for growth and training are

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current First Aid, CPR, and Medication Management Certifications where state requirements apply.
• Nurses Aid Certification preferred.
• Experience: 1+ years caregiving preferred; on-the-job training available.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs (bathing, dressing, hygiene, meals).
• Provide safe transport and transfers using proper techniques.
• Maintain safety, privacy, and confidentiality for residents.
• Follow Individualized Service Plans and ISP lifestyle surveys.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff.
