Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ years of caregiving experience preferred.
• Background clearances, health screening, and TB test results may be required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with transfers.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, hygiene, and mobility.
• Provide safe transportation within the facility and assist with meals and activities.
• Deliver compassionate, high-quality care and maintain resident dignity and safety.
• Follow individualized service plans and report changes in resident conditions promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and assist with housekeeping and laundry tasks as needed.
