Job summary

MBK Senior Living is hiring an Assistant Caregiver in Mesa, AZ. This entry-level role supports residents with daily activities under supervision and participates in a broad range of care services within a hospitality-driven community.

You will work closely with Certified Caregivers, DHS, and the Executive Director, performing ADLs, basic housekeeping, and meal support while maintaining resident dignity and privacy. Training and development programs accompany a mission to enrich lives.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old (caregiver certification requires 18)
• High school diploma or GED
• Food Handler’s Card, CPR and First Aid Training are required or current
• Ability to read, interpret, and follow written instructions and procedures

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with showers, dressing and other ADLs as directed
• Perform light housekeeping for residents
• Assist in meal preparation and cleanup
• Report issues with residents to the Director of Health Services or Certified Caregivers
• Interact with residents and families respectfully and maintain confidentiality
• Maintain clean and organized work areas and follow safety procedures
