Job summary

Bickford Senior Living is seeking a Certified Caregiver to support residents with daily living tasks in our Lancaster, OH branch. You will follow care plans, assist with meals, activities, and social engagement while communicating changes to branch leadership. An active CNA license and CPR/First Aid are required to join our compassionate team.

Qualifications

• Active CNA license in good standing.
• CPR and First Aid certifications required.
• High School Diploma or GED completed.

Responsibilities

• Know the residents you serve, providing care based on their service plans.
• Assist in all aspects of a resident’s daily life, including activities of daily living, meal service, and social engagement.
• Appropriately communicate with branch clinical leadership when a resident’s needs change.
• Knowledge of how to approach and care for residents with dementia.
