The role requires a high school diploma or GED, willingness to obtain CNA within six months, and CPR/First Aid certification or training. Strong communication and multitasking abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Know the residents you serve and assist with activities of daily living, meals, and social engagement.
• Provide care with compassion to meet each resident's needs per their service plans.
• Communicate with branch clinical leadership when a resident's needs change; monitor for dementia care needs.
