Job summary

Bickford Senior Living is seeking a Certified Caregiver to support residents with daily living activities, meals, and social engagement. The role requires compassion, strong communication, and the ability to adapt to residents’ changing needs.

Qualifications include an active CNA license, high school diploma or GED, and CPR/First Aid certification. Knowledge of dementia care is preferred, with opportunities for training and growth within a supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Know the residents you serve, providing care based on their service plans.
• Assist in all aspects of a resident’s daily life, including activities of daily living, meal service, and social engagement.
• Appropriately communicate with branch clinical leadership when a resident’s needs change.
• Knowledge of how to approach and care for residents with dementia.
