Job summary

Bickford Senior Living is seeking a Certified Caregiver to support residents with daily living activities and compassionate care that preserves dignity. You will follow care plans, assist with meals, and participate in social engagement, while communicating changes to clinical leadership.

A current CNA license, high school diploma or GED, and CPR/First Aid are required, with training opportunities available.

Qualifications

• An active CNA license in good standing.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Willing to take additional training or education as required.

Responsibilities

• Know the residents you serve, providing care based on their service plans.
• Assist in activities of daily living, meals, and social engagement.
• Communicate with branch clinical leadership when a resident's needs change.
• Know how to care for residents with dementia.
