Cogir Senior Living in Santa Fe seeks compassionate Care Partners to provide direct resident care, assist with daily living activities, and support residents' safety and comfort in a respectful setting. You will work as part of a caring team to promote dignity and well-being.

You will also engage residents in activities, assist with light housekeeping, and collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and staff to maintain privacy and comfort.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Current caregiver training/certification per state requirements (CNA/GNA/PCA/DCA) or willingness to obtain.
• Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting) and transfers, following safety protocols.
• Provide compassionate care, engagement, and companionship to promote independence and well-being.
• Encourage participation in life enrichment activity programs.
• Assist with light housekeeping duties and maintain resident rooms.
• Promote open communication among healthcare professionals, families, residents, and staff.
