Arrow Senior Living in Ann Arbor, MI is seeking a Care Partner (Part-Time) to support residents with daily living activities. You will bring empathy, warmth, and a positive attitude to create a home-like environment.

Responsibilities include assisting residents with ADLs, engaging residents in activities, and fostering a caring community. The role offers benefits and opportunities for advancement; shifts include Monday 7:00am–7:00pm.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive, energetic attitude with residents.
• Basic computer skills to print and enter resident information.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel and stoop all day.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, including after a fall.
• Criminal background clearance is required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
• Create an empathetic, inclusive, and positive environment for residents and team members.
• Engage with residents and participate in development, growth, and training within the organization.
