Meridian Senior Living is seeking a Caregiver/Resident Assistant to support residents with daily activities and personal care. You will assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility and incontinence care while maintaining dignity and safety.

You will also document care activities, report changes to supervisors, and engage with residents, families and team members to ensure a welcoming, respectful environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent and complete required state training.
• Compassion for the elderly and desire to work with them.
• Ability to work as a team member and independently.
• Effective communication with residents, families and staff.
• Honesty, fairness, confidentiality and respect for privacy.
• Must meet health requirements and pass background check.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct care assisting residents with daily activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and mobility.
• Position residents and support mobility and incontinence care.
• Keep accurate care records and report changes in residents’ condition.
• Interact effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors and the public.
