Job summary

Meridian Senior Living in the United States is seeking a Caregiver/Resident Assistant to provide direct daily care to residents. You will assist with activities of daily living, monitor health changes, and maintain accurate care records while working as part of a compassionate team in a supportive community setting. This is a full-time, on-site role requiring 21+ age and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents in daily activities (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Assist with mobility, positioning, toileting, and incontinence care.
• Maintain proper care records and report changes in residents’ conditions.
