This part-time role offers a pay range of $17.50 to $23.50 per hour and requires assisting residents with activities of daily living, promoting empathy and a warm, inclusive environment during shift hours 7:00pm–11:00pm.

Ideal candidates are 18+, have a HS diploma, possess English communication skills, and can lift up to 50 pounds. The position emphasizes teamwork and growth within the organization.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive, energetic attitude toward residents.
• Computer skills to print documents and enter information.
• Active with ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Criminal clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
• Create an empathetic, resident-centered environment and foster human connection.
• Support daily activities and encourage engagement with residents.
