Ideal candidates have an Associate degree, healthcare experience, and strong communication skills. This full-time position offers day shifts, on-call responsibilities, and a supportive workplace culture at Vista Prairie Communities.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Supervisory and scheduling experience preferred.
• Health care experience minimum 1 year required.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage staff schedules to deliver resident care.
• Monitor delivery of Aspire Lifestyle Model services to residents.
• Engage residents using the Aspire wellness pillars (Social, Physical, Intellectual, Emotional, Spiritual).
• Assist with resident transport to appointments, activities, meals, and programs.
