Qualifications

• Prefer 1 year of experience as a Resident Assistant in a long-term care setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care needs (bathing, grooming, hygiene)
• Support residents with mobility and transfers
• Administer medications as directed and in accordance with regulations
• Foster emotional well-being through meaningful interactions
• Strive to bring joy and smiles to residents daily
