Job summary

Vista Prairie Communities in Ridgeway, MN, is hiring a Resident Assistant to deliver compassionate, resident-centered care in assisted living and memory care settings. The role supports personal care, mobility, and medication assistance under care plans, with a PM shift from 2 PM to 10:30 PM and both full-time and part-time options.

We offer a supportive team culture, competitive pay of $19.19–$22.25 per hour based on experience, and an $800 sign-on bonus subject to scheduling 40+ hours per pay

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Training in health-related disciplines and/or experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, and carry out directions required.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care with dignity and respect
• Assist residents with personal cares such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
• Support residents with mobility and transfers, ensuring safety and comfort
• Administer or assist with medications according to care plans and training
• Build positive relationships and create meaningful moments with residents
• Respond promptly to resident needs and requests
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions to appropriate staff
