Job summary

Vista Prairie Communities is hiring a full-time Resident Assistant in North Mankato. In this role, you will assist residents with daily personal care tasks, report any changes in their condition to registered nurses, and help transport residents to appointments and activities.

The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma or GED, be at least 16 years old, and possess strong interpersonal skills. A training background in health-related fields is preferred.

Qualifications

• Training in health-related disciplines and/or experience preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily dental care, dressing, and hair care.
• Report changes in residents’ conditions to the RN.
• Assist residents in preparing for medical tests and appointments.
