Job summary

Monarch Communities in New Jersey is seeking a Caregiver who reports to the Health & Wellness Director. The Caregiver is a non-exempt, hourly position with a pay rate of $23.00 per hour.

Responsibilities include assisting residents with daily living activities per care plans, maintaining safety and dignity, escorting to meals and activities, and documenting services while reporting any condition changes to the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant and/or DHS certification.
• High School Diploma required; dementia experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding as per care plans.
• Maintain safety, comfort, dignity, and confidentiality of residents.
• Escort residents to meals and activities.
• Document services during shifts and report changes to supervisor.
