Job summary

Monarch Communities is seeking a Care Manager (CNA/CHHA) for part-time/per diem shifts in Livingston, NJ. The role involves assisting residents with daily living activities, including personal care and meal support, while maintaining safety and dignity. There is a focus on accurate documentation and timely reporting of any changes in condition to the supervisor.

Compensation is USD 20–22 per hour. The position requires CNA/CHHA credentials and prior elderly care experience; dementia experience

Qualifications

• CNA and/or CHHA credentials required or preferred.
• Experience working with elderly residents; dementia experience preferred.
• Ability to report changes in condition to supervisor and document services provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities per care plan (bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding).
• Maintain safety, dignity, and confidentiality of residents.
• Escort residents to meals and activities; ensure they are clean, dressed, safe, and fed during shifts.
• Document all services provided during the shift.
