Arvum Senior Living, LLC in Independence, IA is seeking a Caring Care Giver/Med Tech to provide hands‑on support to residents in a safe, home‑like environment. You will assist with daily living activities, promote independence and comfort, and support medications under supervision.

The role emphasizes compassionate care, accurate documentation, and teamwork with nursing staff to meet each resident’s needs and comfort.

Qualifications

• CNA certification preferred.
• High School diploma/GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• CPR/First Aid certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Care for designated residents during shift and monitor well‑being.
• Observe and document symptoms or changes in residents.
• Respond to call bells promptly and report changes to supervisor.
• Assist with continence management and daily living activities.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in residents' rooms and common areas.
• Engage residents in activities and support mobility and daily routines.
• Assist with medication administration under supervision and document accurately.
