Job summary

Arvum Senior Living is seeking compassionate Care Giver/Med Tech staff to provide hands-on care, support resident well-being, and maintain a safe home-like environment. The role involves assisting with daily living activities, monitoring health, and responding to resident needs with professionalism.

Qualified candidates may hold a CNA certification or equivalent, with high school diploma, and a willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse’s Aide certification preferred.
• High School diploma/GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• CPR Certification preferred
• First Aid Certification preferred
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Care Giver duties including tending to a designated group of residents and monitoring their well-being.
• Assist with daily living activities and promote resident independence and safety.
• Observe and report changes in residents and respond to calls and requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of resident rooms and common areas.
• Assist with meals, transports, and activities as needed.
• Medication Tech duties including reviewing service plans and assisting with medications.
• Document medication administration and restock supplies.
• Maintain confidentiality and sanitary conditions of medication areas.
