Job summary

Arvum Senior Living is hiring Care Giver/Med Tech positions in Burlington, IA. You will provide hands-on care, assist residents with daily living activities, and support medication administration under supervision.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse's Aide certification preferred
• High School diploma or GED required
• Must be 18 years of age
• CPR certification preferred
• First Aid certification preferred
• Experience working with seniors preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care to residents
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, mobility)
• Observe and report changes in resident condition
• Assist with meals and nutrition needs
• Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and work areas
• Assist with medications as directed by licensed staff
• Engage residents in life skills and enrichment activities
• Greet and assist residents, families, and visitors
• Document care provided and any changes
• Follow safety and infection control procedures

Education

Certified Nurse's Aide certification preferred

High School diploma/GED

Must be 18 years of age

CPR Certification preferred

First Aid Certification preferred

Previous experience working with seniors preferred
