Job summary

Simpson is seeking Care Associates to provide compassionate care for residents in assisted living or personal care facilities. The role includes assisting with ADLs, mobility, medication reminders, meals, and creating a supportive, engaging environment.

Care Associates may work full-time or part-time, with shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Training in Relias and Medication Administration will be provided within the first weeks of employment.

Qualifications

• Education: HS Diploma or equivalent; Temple University Direct Care Staff Training before orientation; Dementia Care Training within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Support mobility and transfers using assistive devices.
• Provide medication reminders and assist with administration.
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding.
