Job summary

Senior Lifestyle is seeking a part-time caregiver to assist residents in the Assisted Living Program with daily activities and care needs in Cincinnati, OH. The role focuses on supporting residents with ADLs and family-like service, while maintaining dignity and independence.

Responsibilities include helping with bathing, dressing, medication reminders, and emotional support, while documenting care and following supervisor-led schedules.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in senior care.
• Able to communicate in English to supervise and respond to emergencies.
• May require CNA or CHHA license depending on state.
• Basic computer skills are expected.
• Candidates should be compassionate, professional, kind and empathetic.
• Ability to work as part of a team and handle multiple tasks safely.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, escort service, and other activities of daily living.
• Follow the resident’s schedule as set by the supervisor.
• Provide emotional and social support to residents.
• Document daily log of assistance.
• Inform supervisor of any resident issues or concerns.
• Respect and encourage independence and dignity of residents.
