Job summary

FullShift Staffing, LLC is seeking a Nursing Assistant to provide routine nursing care under supervision to residents, ensuring high-quality care at all times. You will follow established policies, perform rounds, confirm resident identity, and assist with daily living activities as part of a compassionate care team.

The role requires an active CNA license, at least 6 months of relevant experience or clinical CNA training, and strong communication skills in English.

Qualifications

• Must have CNA license.
• Minimum 6 months CNA experience or clinical experience during CNA class.
• Able to read, write and speak English.
• Able to interact tactfully with residents, families, visitors and staff.
• Willing to work harmoniously with other personnel.
• Demonstrates patience, tact and good humor with residents.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties per facility policies and nursing care procedures.
• Conduct resident rounds at shift start and every two hours.
• Verify resident identity before care or meals.
• Report missing ID bands to admissions.
• Make beds and keep bedside areas clean.
• Ensure water pitchers are clean and reachable.
• Carry out other duties as directed by supervisors.
