Goodwill of Colorado is seeking a Campus Coordinator to foster a calm, relational, and well-managed campus environment where dignity is protected and forward movement is encouraged. You will balance compassionate engagement with accountability across Welcome Center, shelter operations, day center, campus patrol, and documentation.

This role offers multiple shifts (6:00am-4:30pm, 2:30pm-1:00am, 12:00am-10:30am) with pay DOE at $17.50 per hour, and a mission-driven workplace focused on safety,

Qualifications

• Emotional steadiness and disciplined execution required.
• Strong decision-making in a dynamic 24/7 environment.
• Ability to apply trauma-informed care principles.
• Navigate complex situations with professionalism and calm.

Responsibilities

• Conduct guest intake and maintain accurate records.
• Manage shelter assignments and guest movement on campus.
• Complete shift reports and operational documentation.
• Monitor campus cameras and security systems as assigned.
• Support volunteers and attend required meetings.
• Follow safety protocols and report incidents promptly.

Education

High school diploma or GED

Associate degree preferred

CPR and First Aid certification preferred

Recovery sobriety requirement (2+ years)
