Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for potential clients, families, and referral sources.
Conduct initial screenings to determine the appropriate level of care for incoming clients.
Coordinate all aspects of the admissions process, including documents and pre-authorizations.
Verify insurance benefits and obtain pre-authorizations when required.
Maintain accurate admissions records and ensure regulatory compliance.
Communicate clearly with clients, families, and referral sources throughout the process.
Collaborate with outreach to follow up on leads and improve conversion.
Coordinate assessments, intake appointments, and transfer of pertinent client information.
